Questions about the agistment module
How much does it cost?
The Free plan costs nothing and includes 1 open vacancy. horse.work Pro is A$49 a month incl. GST, or A$490 a year (two months free), for unlimited vacancies. Extra team members are A$15 a month each. Every module that matches your business's approved categories is included.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes, 30 days, and you don't need a card. You don't need the trial to start: the Free plan has no time limit.
Is the agistment module ready?
The vacancies manager is live, along with Pro's business core: agistees and horses, horse records, the enquiries inbox and the calendar. The paddock register, handover pack and care log are being built, and Pro accounts get each one as it lands.
How do my vacancies show on agistment.horse?
Add a vacancy in horse.work (Pro, Vacancies) and it shows on your horse.work listing, in horse.work search and on agistment.horse with your price, GST and the date you last updated it. Tap "Still available" now and then: a vacancy you haven't confirmed in 60 days comes down by itself, so owners never chase a filled paddock.
How is GST shown on my prices?
Exactly as you charge it. You choose "price includes GST", "plus GST" or "no GST" (not registered), and per week or per month. Owners see, for example, "A$95 per week incl. GST" or "A$1,450 per month plus GST".
Can I bill agistees through Pro?
Not yet. Monthly bills with extras, GST tax invoices and Xero sync are built but switched off until horse.work turns billing on.
Do I need Pro to be listed?
No. Your horse.work listing is free, always, and it shows on agistment.horse. The Free plan adds 1 open vacancy; Pro makes it unlimited and adds the tools to run the property.
Is my listing already on horse.work?
It may be. Search for your property on horse.work and claim it. Claiming is free.
Do you handle cattle agistment?
No. agistment.app and agistment.horse are for horse properties only.
We take racehorses for spelling and pre-training. Does it work with racing stables?
Racing trainers use Stability (stability.software). A link between Stability yards and agistment properties on horse.work is planned, so a yard can send a horse's handover pack to you. It isn't switched on yet.
